The answer to all of this is NO.

Other than chemical or poisonous intrusions in the body, e.g., chemotherapy, hair loss is solely genetic. The hair-loss gene (or no-hair loss gene) is delivered on an X-chromosome during conception. Men only have one X-chromosome, whereas women have two X-chromosomes, so men are at greater risk of inheriting hair loss trait if their one sole X-chromosome is deficient on that point. Women have a second chance, and sometimes strike out both times, too. So, basically, hair loss is a genetic factor. Hair would otherwise grow back from any environmental cause, assuming that the hair follicles weren't damaged in whatever agent caused the hair loss. Natural male orgasm would not cause this, nor would combing your hair with water, as my undereducated grandfather used to warn, since he always combed his hair with water and experienced hair loss.

He has been taking anti-androgen drugs his whole life and might have had a hair transplant too. Not that one case would prove anything one way or the other (besides the literal interpretation of the question).

Here's another piece of anecdotal data for you: I did notice a correlation. If you're losing your hair you know it comes in waves. One week there's massive hair fall and then nothing for a few days, weeks, months or even years until it starts over again. For me, these waves often coincide with autumn (hence the other name for the season: "fall" ) and with large PMO binges (many ejaculations).

While it's definitely not conclusive in any sense I think I'll stop fapping just to be safe.
