    I m suffering from 12 yrs addiction. And always facing the harmfulness of this shit.
    Before 2 yrs i came to know about Nofab. But always failed in my all journey with 40 days 20 18 and so one.
    I aways thinking about Nofab and the success full life.
    this once i hardly tame myself from repalse and finaly got relapse.
    The tigers of mine are..
    1 movi or vidio content
    2 GF dirty talk
    3 friend talking about porn and Girls glaring
    the most big tiger is Vidio and use of internet
    ..Today is Day 00 and surely i will gain the opportunity.
