  13. Personally I think it's useful to look at our progress more broadly sometimes. Sure we'd all like 100% awesome victory, but life usually isn't like that. Whether it's a 20% or 50% or 95% improvement in our overall progress, it's all good, it's all working towards bettering ourselves and our futures. Noting our successes, even if they're slightly nuanced ones, I think is important to keeping our motivation going.

One of the reasons I have the "Meeting my goals" tag is that I have my own personalized code for what success & failure mean for me over the long haul. I give myself a little wiggle room, within reason, keeping the big picture in mind that I'm not shooting for absolute perfection, I'm just trying to learn to cope with the various issues in my life, and manage my addictive patterns as best I can.

9 days done. Forgot to post earlier today. Tonight I started to watch a dog yoga video on YouTube, gonna get the pup to do some yoga with me, right?! I got out of there because I realized I was watching it more for the lady teaching it! For the time being, it’s good for me to avoid those little peeks at seemingly innocent stuff. Of course I can’t protect myself from everything, and I can’t be too militant about this either. But I find it best when I’m flexible but firm with recovery. Good luck everyone

Today was day 3 of my journey and it was great, I started the day off with my morning routine which consists of my morning 15 minute prayer, hopping in a cold shower, reading a chapter of The Bible, and meditating for 10 minutes. Fortunately, I managed to even squeeze a good arm workout in there. Today was great no urges yet. Trying to focus more on feeding my mind with good input to gradually purge my mind of all the overstimulation from watching porn over the years. To all my fellow Fapstronauts, keep pushing.

Day 55/90. This has been great to hold myself accountable. As well as getting rid of some of the negative things in my life I would also like to add positive things to my life consistently. I do this in the morning with some exercise, but I struggle to make decisions and not just go along with everybody else. As a result I withdraw myself a lot from situations so that I am not always doing what other people want me to do. This though can get quite lonely.
I wonder how I can add specific goals to help improve that side of my life.

Day 1. Again. It's hard to stay motivated when you're caught in a pattern of self-sabotage but recognizing and admitting your problem is the first step so I guess I'm still doing better than I was a few months ago. Even though typing "Day 1" feels like a huge failure. Sigh. Here we go, Day 1/90!
