    I’m never going back.

    CONGRATS ON 270!! That is amazing.

    Did you have any wet dreams in the process? I am approaching day 30 and am really struggling with them. Curious to hear if they ever went away or got less frequent for you.

    What is wrong with wet dreams? Just let them be, you can't do anything about it. It doesn't count as a relapse.
    I'm at day 79. I had two wet dreams at day 51 and 58. Haven't had any since.

    I know they're not relapses, but I've been having them about every 4 days and they drain the benefits that I get from nofap. Thanks for letting me know what your experience has been with them, I'm hoping that they eventually go away!

    Yeah u are right I feel like they drag me back too cause my d was improving then I had two wet dreams in consecutive two days then recovery signs disappeared
