I'm going to attempt a 30 day just without porn.. I know it doesn't fit with the rules for this challenge but I need to start somewhere, and I have had success with it in the past.. after this I will do another 30 without pmo...

Day 4/30

 

I wish to add another 7 days to my streak. Having somehow succeeded I'm the 21 days challenge, I am ready to extend to the next level!

It's on, let us all start 2021 as we mean to go on with it. Another week will get us there - is everyone with me?

 

Day 22 completed , and thus it becomes the highest streak for me in almost a half of decade.So convinced i am that i want nofap to become my lifestyle for rest of my life.

Hey man I am at about the same point as you (21 days) - but I did before get to 100+ days before my 3 day lapse.

Sometimes people will tell you the benefits but until you actually feel and experience them yourself, you don't believe them.

The more time you have, the more potential energy builds up inside of you and the more power you have. But at the same time you have to do something creative with that power or you will feel frustrated and want to fap, just to "ease" or lessen the frustration.

We must learn to interpret our feelings and sensations better, if we feel these things, they are telling us that we are not doing the right things in our lives.

Change our mindset and the rest will fall into place.
