Light touch?

    Hello guys,

    I am almost 230 days without porn and masturbation to porn.
    I had a few succesfull sex with V, some fails...anyway, my PIED is still with me. It is frustrating to be able to obtain an erection for a chat text with easily but unable to do it in real life.
    Anyway...I remember in good old days that I was able to get an erection with feather like...light touch. Now...if I touch lt light, when I shower...it is like I touch my limbs. I feel it, but I can't get excited. Sadly, if my wife do the same...the efect is the same. She have to work much more to wake it up. After is up, will stay hard sometimes for a while, sometimes...forever until I finish the job.

    I am more than 6 months in...
    I have the sensitivitity, I feel everything, only my penis do not respond as light sexual stimul.
    Guys, I am the only one with that problem ? How can be cured ?

    You just have to keep having sex. Your PIED doesn't go away immediately. After my first reboot, it took about 30-40 sexual encounters for my erections to go up quickly and stay hard for the entirety of sex. It just takes time. Just keep having sex, enjoy the time with your partner, don't worry about how hard you are, and the erections will come in time.

    Also FYI, sexting still falls under the category of porn, and while it isn't assuredly harming your recovery, it definitely is not helping. You should not be sexting under any circumstances.

    Nope. After a reboot got over it in 3 months.

    Think about stopping any sexual activity for some time. I found it very helpful, as it increased my sensitivity and overall sexual built-up. Take a break from sex, dont stress, meditate, and exercise along with a good diet. 30-45 days should be fine but you could need more like 60-90 days. Try out first a month of absistence!
