Day 10

22nd December

Today was better than yesterday. Had a good sleep. This helped me in being active during the day. Did house chores happily. Was able to focus a bit on my academics. Hope with time I will work hard, stay determined, stay happy, and not care about the past or the mistakes made by me in the past and therefore, no regrets. Only positivities, my work, my challenges, my dreams and efforts to fulfil them. I observed that today I was angry even for small talks. I would start a conversation and end with an angry mood. I hope these are the results of porn and masturbation. Distraction must be cut down and I will keep improving myself day by day.
