Day 19..does the flatline ever end?

Flatline is something which varies from person to person. It usually starts after week 1 or 2 and can last for as short as 30 days, a few months and in some particular instances as shared by people, they have been in flatline for a few years.
Flatline is divided in to various phases where the starting is where all the serious effects happen and the ending phases are where the benefits gradually start coming up. All recovery timeline depends from person to person.

 

Trust me, it is only a matter of time until it's over. You don't need to do anything. On the contrary, enjoy the flatline while it lasts since you're unlikely to want to relapse if you're never in the mood anyway.

 

Flatline is normal. I had two flatlines. One was about 20-25 days and the other one a week around. I noticed significant improvements after both flatlines were over

 

I also in Flatline...After One Week My Flatline was started and today 19th day of my nofap.. Flatline power is go down day ba day....
