I do not have sex.
I last time I fapped was 866 days ago.

this happened to me today.

I have very sensitive nipple.
Ever since I started nofap it became very sensitive. And I have hyperprolactenemia as well and it made me develope very mild form of gynecomastia. Very very mild. But crazy sensitive.

Medication I am taking is raising prolactin level.

Surprisingly, sensitivity had gone away a lot. didn't feel much , I touched my nipple with shirts on.
And then I felt something at my penis. .
