Here in the first post you'll find it. It is on porn specifically, but I doubt that whoever translated the smoking issue to the porn issue ever was a full blown pmo addict.
It's worth the read, but it's definitely not that of a holy grail that it states to be.
You'll gain some interesting information, and maybe it is for some people possible to get an ultimate mindshift, but for myself it didn't change much.
I think I recall something in it like the withdrawal symptoms will go away after a month or so, which just isn't true.
While reading it you'll always think "Oh yeah on the next page is the ultimate secret", but eventually there's no secret. Don't expect too much from it
