Checking in on day 10, pretty cool little milestone for me and going well so far. I do from time to time find that little voice in my mind asking if it is ok to look up this or that stimulating (non-porn) imagery. However, I know that giving in to that voice would mean losing control and quickly ending up watching porn, so I have not given it even an inch, and I have been able to maintain very good control. Weird thing is that when I hear that voice, I feel some psychological urge, but it's not even sexual arousal per se, it is all still purely hypothetical. On to 20....

 

A date flaked out on me. That's okay. I am at day 30 of no PMO which means I am an Elf in the Lord of the Rings game here. I've also noticed more people smiling at me generally. Coworkers, women at the gym, even outright strangers will just say hi to me on the street with a soft smile. This stage of NoFap/no PMO is really nice. I feel more confident, but in a calm manner, not some fake-alpha jock nonsense manner.

 

Felt so good about the new plan and already messed up.

I'm starting now I meant to say lol. I have to laugh or I'd cry lol.

It's been really rough. Especially the past 15 days.

The most important thing is abstinence. Glad 2020 is done.

 

Again struggling a little bit. Need to get back my focus. Need to identify the compelling reasons for doing this on hard mode.

 

My men, I hope we have a better year than next year.

A new year can be a new start if we make it one. Less PM and if we fall stand faster. That's all it takes.
