I love tadalafil, but I don't want to be dependent of it anymore.

Taking it is a great way to keep you able to be hard until you fully recover, but I don't think it makes a difference in recovery speed.

 

In my experience, PMO addiction and obsession can be with or without a partner.

My suggestion is not to think of a partner to have sex with as the solution to problems. Even if you had it, and you were addicted and obsessed with "porn", the problems would be identical, if not worse.

I tried Tadalafil and it causes me great headaches. Apparently it pulls away blood from your head to your penis and in some rare cases it can even cause loss of sight and hearing. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I used V and C in combination with ibuprofene to reduce head ake. V is looot more potent than C, for me. And yes, after 90days of no PMO you can start rewire with a real partner. 90days is not a big deal...think about prisoners who stays years without porn.
