Starting to recognize some urges - usually between now and day 14-15 is when I usually fuck up. I commit to changing this!

Survived the night and morning.

Found some accountability partners.

Got doctor appointment today that induces some anxiety, but I think it's a great exercise for me to abstain in those circumstances.

 

Hey buddy! I've noticed how alcohol goes hand in hand with my PMO addiction.. my last streak was 40 days and then due to plenty of vodka I had at dinner party I relapsed next day... and then binge drinking and PMO... I felt lost and ashamed with no hope so got involved more in binge drinking and PMO sessions for week and a half. I either relapse when I drink or next day when I'm super hangover. I had to make real talk with myself and decide to stop drinking for 3 months. I realize 3 months is nothing and I don't really need alcohol to be happy and busy with things.. in contrary I have more energy , I'm more motivated to do good things for my body, mind and spirit... I'll be clean and most importantly I'll help my PMO addiction to cure.
Let's help each other and try our best strong to work on this!
