Hi all, I’m Tony and I have been here before 2 years ago and failed to hold my urges for any longer than 14 days. I left the site and continue my PMO activities. As new year approached, I had a rewind of my life the past year and realise that I start to become addicted to PMO more than ever before 3-4 times a day. I felt that my mental health is falling apart and I’ve been in premature ejaculation condition for years because I do not have control of my urges and my sexual desires. Today, I decided to begin my journey at NoFap once again trying to freed myself and be in control.
My first goal is simple. 30 days without PMO.

    Welcome back
Please, start studying carefully what's happening in your mind > https://oceanrecoverycentre.com/2016/07/the-ultimate-guide-to-overcoming-internet-porn-addiction/

First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.
If you experience ''flatline'' and low libido , resist.

We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist

@kudotony welcome back! I recommend to start your journal and make a single entry every day whether you succeeded on that day or not. This helps you stick to the community and then you can begin working on your plan. It is very easy to neglect taking time to fight this addiction especially when you are young as there could be other things competing for your attention but it will be worth every second to invest time on this now otherwise this addiction will take a lot of time, energy and self-esteem from you.

    I wish you good luck!
