have sex with girls is it a relapse? i need opinions

My personal opinion: after a successful reboot from pmo, sex is great to get back into as long as you dont use it to engage in your porn fetishes that you experienced. During reboot or just starting sex just fuels the addiction making it harder to break free. You want to try things from your movies and that is not healthy sexual behavior.

In my life i still have sex and it leaves me feeling empty inside. They enjoy it more than me. I just go through the motions. That is why i switched to hardmode no pmo or sex.

 

In semen retention, sex is relapse but in Nofap, it’s not.

 

Sex is healthy. After all, it's sex that made us right? So it is healthy from that perspective. Sex helps connect people together. Masturbation doesn't. Porn doesn't.

 

Its all about context. If the sex is lust driven or driven by your need to "get off", then its relapse in my book. If it's about giving to your partner with the right intentions, it's a win. It's like eating empty calories vs eating a nutritous meal. One makes you want more and gives you nothing. The other satisfies you AND adds nutrition. It's either win-win or LOSE-LOSE. Never participate in a losing effort.

 

When you look for a girl and then you have sex with her, the real purpose of ejaculation is reached and then you get the reward that you actually earned; what I mean is that, you don't just give your brain dopamine by doing nothing, but by following the steps that are needed to find a real partener. and having a partner is actually fulfilling, so you dont should feel ashamed about that.

Note that semen retention is something that you may read about as it has its own benefits.

I would definitely not recommend having sex with females. The reason why because I would lose tremendous amount of energy of what I could have saved up for working out or something productive, One-night is also a bad idea because I don't know those girls. Proverbs chapter 31 verse 30: Charm is deceptive, and beauty is vain. What it means is that physical beauty is no beauty because I don't know what they look inside of the body. I may not know if they're succubus, but I assuming that they are. So, you might want to rethink about having sex with females and hopefully, it will change your mind.
