Few lines about myself

Hello you all.

It is a bit unlucky that we have to meet "here" because it means that many people experienced the kind of feelings that I'm getting through right now.
I'm a 40 y.o. porn addicted and I would like to change my status.
I started consuming porn in puberty age and step by step I built a routine around it.
Porn became my standard.
It is impressive how I didn't allow to myself to understand that I was addicted, until few months ago...
Basically my sexual life never really happened. I had few sexual intercourse but, probably, I never enjoyed them: porn and masturbation were just much better for me.
Incredibly I managed to keep my relationships going on even without sex. Last week I finally informed my wife about my porn addcition, she is very kind and supportive but of course is not happy.
I have any sort of kinks about humiliation, femdom and whatever you can think that can to low down my self esteem and turn me on.
I thought I was alone in this journey, that I had the burden of a unique condition, but this website gives me hope.
Despite I've never managed to get rid of the addiciton I'd define myself as a person with a strong motivation and discipline.
I know that I'm able to achieve this goal, maybe what I need is your precious support.
