Have to vent for a minute. I relapsed again even though I know my triggers; I thought that being 45, urges would change but they are so very powerful sometimes. How I wish there was a quick fix or easy out but habits, lingering eyes and the ease of access through the Internet is so very powerful. I and all of us in this channel are strong and can overcome!
