Feeling Good

    So its been 12 days since I last PMO, this is the longest I have been since I was around 14. I'm now 29! For me this is a massive achievement, I feel so much happier with my life, I'm feeling joy in the smallest things.

    In staying vigilant though as I am still on social media. Instagram is a huge trigger for me, I may delete my account to prevent a relapse sneaking up on me.

    To anyone struggling there is an app called *** that I use to stop you searching for P. That I find very useful, also on your broadband make sure you have the kid settings turned on.

    I'm also very blessed to have a partner who knows all about my addiction with P and keeps me motivated.

    I'm going to beat this addiction once and for all

    Happy for you, brother!

    As long as you are staying vigilant I'd be proactive and delete the instagram and any other problematic social media. Why tempt yourself?

    Way to go Tim, and yeah I would delete instagram as fast as my fingers would let me, I don't have any of that social media crap and might be one reason why I have done so well so far, And nice bro, if you have someone who understands and can help you destroy P then good for you, you have a special weapon to defeat this already. And go for it Mr. Blue

    Actually kind of bothers me that nofap has an instagram account, this could lead to someone going there and tempted to wrongly search on instagram
