    I am resuming NoFap after a difficult but positively progressive year. 3 months of psychotherapy helped. Now working through childhood emotional trauma effects. No MO but P. ever present enemy. Going to journal again and join addiction anonymous group online.

    Welcome back..
    Im glad you're working on yourself.. I've been doing the same the last 3 years but last year was the first time I used blockers everrrr and it's working!
    I hope you can reach your first goal.
