    I have been masturbating for years but now frustration is killing me. I have tried nofap but have always failed. My best uptil now is 25 days. The real problem i am facing is hairloss. Every day i am loosing tons of hairs and i have just turned 19 and can see my scalp and dandruff is coming out just like a snow fall. Although my dad is above 60 and have dense hairs without any sign of male pattern bald and no hairfall so it cant be related to my genes. I masturbate every day.Does masturbating really cause hairfall because i have tried nofap for 25 days but still my hairloss didnt stop. Is it some how related to testosterone because i also havent developed a full beard yet. Plz guide me what is the minimum time period in which i can complete get rid of hairfall and if not what should i do

    i think keep trying nofap and build some new good streaks ... and see whether the hairfall is decreased or not .. or u can find short-term techniques to reduce hairfall on internet sid-by-side of nofap

    You may be right in saying that there is a link between your masturbation practice and hair loss. And you were right on the path of nofap for curing hairloss. Only thing be more patient when expecting results.

    I don't know the real relation between NOFAP and reduced hairfall but since I have started NOFAP my hair quality is improving a lot. Earlier there was hairfall and also I could sense that my hair is very dry, dense and there was a lot of dandruff but since NOFAP I started taking cold showers..My hair quality is improving a lot...no dandruff...it's great
