Walk and dont stop because stopping is stagnation and stagnation is death. Walk but dont run because running will tire you out and you will eventually stop. And to stop is stagnation and that is death.

Look but dont stare. Listen more and if you got to talk then talk what is necessary and with willingness and readiness to listen.

Focus on the destination of the walk but dont let the focus distract you from the obstacles of the path. Because if you miss the obstacles you may fall and stop. And stopping is stagnation and that is death.

Focus but dont let the focus tire you to give up the walk.

Walk is a means to an end and its life.
Struggles in this path are the potholes and speed breakers. We may loose the balance from that pothole and can end up in the ditch again or fall on the road. So be aware of the path.

But be proud of yourself to start this walk and coming out of the ditch to start with.
