    Day 33. Feeling positive today. The anxiety and urges from the chaser effect that I experienced from my wet dream have subsided. I am looking forward to making some more progress. I have learned a lot about my addiction on the first 33 days of this journey

    Day 62. I am relaxing more than I should and slacking a little bit...to be honest it feels warm and comfortable yet time seems to pass by real quick while nothing productive is done... I guess there is only one way out of this...
    A walk in the cold followed by a cold showers...see you tomorrow.

    Day 10

    Today has been the most difficult so far, I did not look away from a Reel of a woman when it appeared as I was scrolling through YouTube, but I couldn’t contemplate relapsing after coming so far - I must be cautious and more intentional with my use of social media!

    Thank you for your support brothers, I would not have made it this far without your support and hearing of your successes!

    Day 3 medi, read, dream journal...doing pretty well today..going to go watch some football bc it's the playoffs...generally don't watch but the playoffs are actually pretty fun to check out.

    Day 7,

    Back among the Uruk-Hai after spending more time than intended as an Orc. Happy to be back on a week long streak and intending to keep pushing forward. Had some snow over night so not too much activity today. Instead I have been sorting Onion Seeds and practicing Piano. Planning to spend a little more time cleaning up my room.

    11)AEFF- thought about gluttony. Its very damaging to our progress and makes us lazy. How to fight against it?

    Back down again. It's like deja vu. First few days nothing then suddenly my brain hits me with urges and I trick myself into failing. We keep going though.

    Day 6

    Today I have:
    - prayed
    - meditated, 3 min.
    - lifted weights
    - very short cold shower of a few seconds (a friend told me hot water is better after a workout. Who really knows, lol)

    I've been bad about social media today, though I don't follow any sexual or lewd accounts. I just want to be more disciplined, though.
