I'm back guys! After fighting my assignments I'm now partially free :)
If you're wondering I haven't relapsed since last time. I haven't experienced any urges since them; I have had 2 wet dreams though :(
Since I started planning my days, to fight PMO is easier :) I'm feeling more jovial or cheery; I'm beginning to see life as it really is.
I'm really sorry for not posting a long time... College is getting hard lately.

I'm doing pretty so far man. Relapsed yesterday after 40+ days (looked at some pics for about 10-15 minutes, then touched myself a little bit and then quittted it; all my stuff is in here)... And somehow I'm enthusiastic and jovial. It seems I no longer care about a counter or something. Today, I've tried extra hard to think on PMO and guess what? It was meaningless! You know why? Coz those 40+ days made their work :)! I know I'm now on day 1 (have to reset my counter), but it's okay; numbers are abstract, but experience not.
Btw, I'm considering telling everybody about my addiction.
    What about u?

Congrats, wow when i relapse and
In day 1 i would feel urges and cravings all the way!
Nah man, but around in July i asked my father "Is masturbation healthy" and he said it's okay, told me that every male does it and even my mother said it's all cool. Don't get me wrong i'm not actually using his replies as in excuse for me to fap, i'm just saying it surprised me and actually motivated me to keep grinding on nofap. I didin't specifically told him i had an addiction towards masturbation, but deep down he probbaly knows that already.

I didin't told my parents that i have an addiction towards porn, so that i think you @Rojas202 should do it, for me i'm not ready for that at all.

Been there many times. While your relapse is fresh in your memory, look back and think about what was going through your mind at the time. What did your brain tell itself to overcome your sobriety. What was your behavior as you fell into relapse? What were you looking at?

Maybe write those things done and reflect on how to build up walls or highway signs in your mind when those things come up in order to stop yourself from proceeding to another relapse.

We all have the ability to choose not to do this, but we have to be making that choice all the time, which includes turning away from the thoughts that get us headed in the wrong direction in the first place.

    Best wishes
