It’s useless unless you stop thinking about past

Just working or completing tasks early in the morning. The morning was quite chilling but towards evening the pornographic thoughts just grabbed me. I thought I may quit this NoFap challenge but then I don’t want to quit. I will only quit nofap when I die. I will always keep fighting and take these challenges and improve myself. Don’t lose hope and this world runs on hopes. I just don’t want to make the mistakes which I had made in the past. Always keep moving forward and never look back.
