    Bipolar and hypo mania in PMO, Sexual fantasies and stock additions in finance market.. All these additions to increase my do dopamine levels and hide me away from the reality and depressions.. Horrible life.. Low testosterone, weak and sad...

    But hey it’s finish now FOREVER.. Day 7 now, I feel happy and glad and exercise a lot... I’m ready to too all fights again these attentions.. I don’t have to stop my dream of a happy and healthy man I wanna to become... It’s my last chance now, See you PMO free in one year fellows..
    Good luck to all!! keep strong and let’s kick the demons..
