13 year old about to start nofap

Best advice i can give sung is, have you mentioned any of this to your parents since you are such a young age? Your parents, even though you may not think so, could be some of your best allies you could ever have in any sort of problem you are having. I know when i was young I was terrified to tell my parents something, but once I did the support I got was priceless. They can also be the most amazing accountability partners. You have the opportunity to end this junk now while you still have your whole life ahead of you, use all the tools you have.
