    I didn't do much good today. Insomnia last night, woke up late. Went to the dentist and then the weight room. Then I went to a book club discussion with a friend of mine, which was pretty cool. I prayed some today, too, and studied foreign languages.

    So, actually it was a pretty good day despite my lack of discipline. I'll try to be a better Fellow tomorrow.

    For now, there is a blizzard outside and I'm going to go watch it.

    Don't stop believing.

    I don't know is that good to know or is better not to know.
    But even those physical downsides effect couse those mental.
    I wolud say your self-confidence is gone after you finish your sesion. Imagen how you feel after you M and then go to shop ande see other people there. Could you look them in the eyes?
    So one of the biggest problems whit male is to lose that edge. To lose your cofident and start retreat into yourself. Then you can't deal with your problems. When you are ashamed of everything.
    So guys think abouth that if you wanna to touch yourself. As long you don't touch yourself you are recovering. But of you do fall then don't think abouth that. Think that you gonna wake up even earlier and strat again!!

    Day 4 Complete. I had a few urges today but I overcame them relatively easily. I know this next week will be extremely challenging as I haven't beaten 7 days since early November. But I have a good feeling about it this time. My aim for this year is to have completed at least 90 days no PMO.

    Checking in for day 42 today! (First 1000 hours done)

    I had 2 wet dreams last night, definitely not a fun experience. I've never had them happen this close together. Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce them? (I know some it is tied to my recent troubles in controlling my sexual thoughts, I need to put more effort in cleansing my mind and refusing to feed any PMO related thoughts)

    I had a moment of weakness yesterday where I began "fishing" for stimulating content online. I really almost got to the point of a slip, or as close as I've been in weeks. It had to do with a control situation at work, where things are not going my way despite my efforts. I am reminding myself that I am responsible for my actions and words, and nothing else. I have set stronger boundaries with the sites I was using yesterday, and I'm setting my intentions for today to do what I can and accept the results as they are, even if things don't go my way, I will be fine.
    As a win, I recycled an old iPhone that had been sitting in my car and in the back of my head. I also went on a walk to use some tools during work and checked my attitude with my wife when I got home.

    i totally agree. a brother of ours, Soaring Eagle, in his book "rebooting as the best remedy" stated that many brothers who suffer from prostate problems (prostatitis) due to heavy pmo habits, would spend rivers of money in doctors and medical treatments, while a simple solution as stop fapping would largely benefit their prostate and even cure pmo induced prostatitis.

    well bro, i lean on that subject a couple of months ago and the feedback that i got is that wet dreams don´t cause significance disturbance to the reboot. the only side effects are slight less energy on the next day and urges. but that can happen on a any given day, so....

    but anyway if you want to block your dam really tight and prevent leakage, brother Soaring Eagle recommends to not use heavy blankets in bed, and do qiqong exercises before sleep, like this one:

    very good bro. you should also bear in mind that pmo doesn´t protect you from stress. it numbs you. once the "fix" is over, the stress returns and you´ll still feel miserable.

    an important milestone that every rebooter must assimilate is that pmo doesn´t give us what we think. in fact, it creates more stress and suffering. just like alcoholics, we are trying to "drink" our way out of the pain, in a endless loop.
