Day structure

    I realize that the day structure I want to establish so eagerly indeed is important I also realize that such establishment become like natural powerful armor that automatically ward off bad and wrong things

    For whatever reason I had to struggle but as so often if I keep struggling with a thing at a certain point when staying on it consequently with endurance it becomes possible and easy to overcome.
    like the porn I possible to overcome FOR such ling time and then all of a sudden after MICH work is done it becomes very possible and likely

    I can now go to bed at 9 and get up early
    in essence keeping my day schedule allows me getting up at 3 am and meditate at 3-5 and work early it also makes it possible to do the nofap writing at end of morning excercise and practice. This is meaningful as that’s a good energy time and where I set my day so to remind myself to keeping this throughout all 2021 is a good thing

    with the day being set well many things go way better being on top of things versus running behind them

    i now also can do the 6x1 minute rope jumping and sonnengebet since I sit much in my work this is double valuable for one it’s energizing and stimulating circulation which otherwise becomes stale sluggish and not good. Work is better fat is less I can achieve my weight goal gradually(needing to be 6 lbs less and I am goid!).
    i want to do 10x before lunch this equals about 10 minutes jogging and is every day
    I don’t di 10 yet but am on my way that this will be
    Same with weight I want to add 3 minutes of weight lifting 3x/ day 7 days I read that this is even more effective than a full workout as you give in short intervalls more and achieve as a consequence more.
    then this allows me to stop early and have a afternoon Program of sport and sauna and tai Ji
    Not sport every day yet but I have it irregular having the feel for it, which ultimately will then work to establish over time the mind needs a goal and gentle work on this pushing gently gradually establishes this this is my experience
    The sauna and tai Ji not yet but I used to do sauna daily for a half year which was awesome and deeply relaxing tai Ji is also not yet but I want to and with my wife

    but the getting up early reliably each day and going to bed again at 9 and the exercises which were difficult to do and bringing the weight down which was difficult isn’t anymore the steady gentle push makes it like water drip on a stone the reward is very satisfying also each meal now is a beautiful stylish quality event that’s new in my life and I enjoy very much these things help to have a satisfied balanced life which becomes a armor to ward off naturally bad wrong things

    It’s most important for me to writing each day for that I have to get up in time, which ties back into my day schedule which I feel I can now also accomplish
    I remember not long ago how deeply destructive I went with allowing total drown into addiction completely depleting me and ruining me my health my energy

    I am well on my way to be up at 3 as i intended and as it was prior in my life and bring the dicipline to go to bed at 9 pm and have my morning practice full time to unfold myy meditation and preparation for my day.
    Then doing the nofap writing and setting and reminding me where I am going with npfap pledge.
