Reporting - Going on to day 3 tomorrow. Aiming for short-term goal of getting to 10 days. I don’t know if for others that’s the threshold of getting past temptation. Then targeting the 21 day habit change challenge. Read some information out of the NSCA’s textbook to try and gather information on an article I’ll be authoring on Neural Drive. Worked a lot on my coaching and bio website. I have been in a lot of prayer about it and will be bringing my training group back, aimed specifically for young adults and adults. Readings today: 1.”Forward” 2. Bible — dame routine of an Old Testament chapter, Proverbs, New Testament chapter. It would appear that my very close friend who I said my goodbyes to might be reconciling with me; she called for (first time in weeks we would have spoke). This was the answered prayer I talked about on my last post. Item no. 1 on our prayer lists we made and had prayed over. 13 hours later boom! Possible reconciliation. The enemy is fierce, but we are fiercer. Keep on at it soldiers! Over and Out

Reporting. After Chap time I went to the range and 195. Awoke at 0630. Finishing unfinished business. Today was about the resolution. It's better to have a goal even if it's never achieved. But I only set one if that's possible.
Day 190 Workout happened yesterday. Wanting to go for a walk today. had a bit of snow so I am hoping that it will last until I go out.
