I will restore my foreskin someday but I have never thought about enlargement. There are some options: 1)You have to walk with this device for a year or more 2)You have to go a surgeon and he will inject hyaluronic acid serum in your glans it will cost between 2.500-10.000 Euro 3) You can try different Supplements which will work only for a short period 4) Or you pump your penis but I am pretty sure that your sexual cravings will rise up again. I would go for option 1 if you ask me. In the future I can't wait until I restore my foreskin but on the other hand I am not so motivated to wear a TLC Tugger for 1 year constantly. Wearing such devices can be annoying.

 

I’m also into restoring my foreskin and have had some decent results. Jelqing works I think but it’s very risky. I’ve seen the results of guys doing it to excess and it’s not pretty. The average size I believe is 5.1 inches or something like that so don't overthink your size.

 

I have done a lot of PE (2 years)and had minimal gains.i tried manuals, extending (for a bit only) and had a very commited heated pumping regime for 4 months, but no gains.

Only had 0.2" gains after the first 2-3 months of manuals.
