  1. 15 days clean. I think that makes me a Hobbit.

  2. Halfway through reading eazy peazy haxbookx. Couldn't relate at all to the message of the book. Might be because I no longer consider myself a porn addict.
going to have to shut the book down halfway.

Thank you for accepting me bro. Happy to be a part of the fellowship

Completed day 5 now on day 6. Feeling positive about my progress. It's my longest streak in a year.

  6. Missed my check-in yesterday; sorry about that. I'm still back to Day 0, as I reset for the second time in three days today. I know where I went wrong, as after the initial reset, I allowed myself to continue in a negative, PMO induced mindset without taking responsibility for my actions and taking charge. @rotten_tomato I very much understand how you felt. Rebooting is a tricky line; we recognize that we are engaged in evil, destructive behaviors, but we must also build up our self-images and acknowledge that we are more than those behaviors. I want to continue walking with you all as part of the Fellowship, and I will continue to do so--that is something I did not say three days ago.

Tomorrow I head back to college for my final semester. My routine will look different, but let me re-emphasize my small, practical, baseline tips.

--Cold shower every day that I don't run. (It's cold in the winter and I need to warm up!)
--No phone use in the bathroom, ever, for any reason.
    --Daily NoFap check-in.
    --15 minutes prayer/reflection before bed.

Day 39. Feeling good having finished off the week. Looking forward to getting back to a normal pace and workload. The urges have been stronger lately with the increased stress but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. This last week was definitely a pressure test for my PMO 90 day reboot.

Checking in for day 9. I feel well today. I've been talking to a lot of people in the last 2 days. Mostly video calls because of how the world is at the moment, but it still helps. The lockdowns have me isolated very badly. I am struggling, but good days are ahead.

  11. That's great man! I have recommended the book a few times on here as well, just like others. It can really be life-changing, I'm glad you have seen the light! I am still coming back once a week, to show support to my brothers here and to inspire more people to read the book and decide for themselves if it is the way for them too, I hope you will do the same, for some time at least! Congrats on breaking free!

  12. Nevermind my last reaction, this is great man! Low key way for everybody to get to know the book and decide if they want to read it for themselves.

  13. "it is not motivation you need, you need to take a red pill cos in your mind there are still illusions ingrained about PMO you need to really see it" - beautiful man, this sums it up perfectly!

  14. Hello Brothers, as you might have noticed I'm checking in for the week. I see that a lot of interesting stuff was posted here last week. As you might know, I am (also) a big advocate of the-book-that-apparently-can't-be-named (but which can be found in my signature haha). I just want to keep you guys posted on how I'm doing.

I don't track my days consciously, but I finished the book on the 2nd of January so it's been two weeks now. I have a lot less urges, and if those urges are there they are way less severe. If an 'urge' is a little more severe, I just remind myself that it's the little monster in my brain screaming, not me. And that it is not urging me to watch porn - that is an association I made myself. I then kind of apply the urge-surfing principle: let the urge sit in my brain, without trying to get it out. Think about what the urge actually is, being okay with the urge being there, and just feel it fade away. This is easily applied since I know that I will never react to those urges (I know what they really are).

Anyway, I keep living healthy (eat, sleep, work out, yoga, meditate, cold showers) without consciously being busy with no-PMO. That's it. Great to read what everybody is up to and that some brothers have found the book as well. Good luck to everyone on their own journeys with their own methods, I hope you will find peace as well! Oh, and read the book ;)

Day 1. Feeling good with the motivation to have good start , I know there is a lot of things to do today and the PMO forces are strong on this first days but I will keep my motivation strong in my mind and doing everything to prevent any trigger and yesterday I started to work out again and with self afirmation so then those thoughts in my mind who said its impossible, you will never can overcome it etc, dont take the power in me and I just let them come and go away and I keep the positive thougths who said this fight can be win and God is with us.
    Holy Mary pray for us.
