I have to say that I really liked this post - SELF improvement is SO IMPORTANT, to our mental health.

If you can go to sleep knowing that you lived today to it's absolute fullest then you can sleep very well.

I think also starting the day positively is very important because it sets the tone for the rest of the day. e.g. Watching a motivational video or repeating a positive affirmation.

only my 2c, The cold showers is something I will look into more, I have tried but I was very averse to.

Great to hear your post and gave me great positivity, your tips are a brilliant starting point for this journey.

    peace ✌

really insightful post with a lot of great attainments to reach.
i love how you have broken up the attainments into different categories. This is really important. All too often we can get caught up in the purely material and Financial attainments, but without the other things it means very little.

    peace ✌

    Thank you !
Well i tried cold showers after my workouts and i loved them, but i stopped to have them, in fair to get some kind of disease on the long term (cause i take them right after working out)
I thought about recording myself every night before going to sleep, to motivate my future self on mornings, like passing the flame on the Olympics or a journal :D !what do you think the idea?
True most of my sleepless nights are just me thinking about my unproductive day and failed past x)..

    A small update
    1. i didn't do much today, i woke up sick , i caught a little cold but i'm feeling better right now .
    2. @Brahmacharya_UK after reading your reply , i got motivated and went on with my workout, i decided to skip it beforehand cause i felt tired . so thank you it was worth it !
    3. I decided to move to another business venture less stressful but demands more work! let's see how it goes.
    4. i also want to have one day in the week, where i won't touch my phone/computer/tv/no internet! done it before it and it was hard , felt like the first days of me quitting smoking ...
alright looks like i will sleep late tonight, i'll wake up later obviously, get breakfast, read my book, workout, only then turn on my pc and do work, then later on i'll be free to decide what to do , either read more / learn more / or just play videogames (most likely)

    Update 08/08/2020 ! 8 DAYS 8/8/8
Alright didn't update the last couple days; not feeling okay ... i'm getting urges, feeling lonely, and procrastinate all-day ...
i was so motivated and all ... but i didn't do much last days beside working out .. its only think i get myself to do no matter what , i wishs i can do the same with my other goals ..
    well i didn't keep reading , didn't work , didn't learn anything new .. but didn't pmo!
i hope someone can give me advice on how to get my self to get stuff done :/
i feel like even if i pmo , it won't satisfying...
i really need to get my shit together , and one good breath and grind everyday , i'm sure i'll be where i want . but i keep on doing nothing :/ makes me insane cause i'm causing this to myself

I am 17 so IDK how effective my advice will be to you, someone who sets an example of what to/not to do but try looking at your day and budget time to different aspects of yourself you need to work on. You have loads of time if you look at it zoomed out, even considering sleep. Make a schedule and stick to it with discipline. Stuff will eventually start falling into routine. Time is priceless but we waste it so much but if you can grasp a hold of this precious resource and direct its funding in an appropriate manner, you will start making gains.

hey guys , sorry i've been away, i decided to get away from everything that lead to my last relapse of 43 days ! it worked i did 105 days !! a new record of mine !
    What changed ?
after my relapse , i gave myself total freedom to fap as much as want , i was going ham , and i did it without even wanting to as a punishement of sort , until i could no long take it.
next step i deleted all social media apps , no more instagram (main cause) , no more randomcam chats.., no more dopamine stimulation.
the first 30 days were crazy , my voice changed (like i spoke louder and manlier) , my energy levels were going up and down .
60 days pass and i feel confident , my skin was shining (classmate told me so) , i was more outgoing , people like my presence , i for the first time initiate convestion with girl classmates.. which is something i avoided , my energy is more stable , i control better my urges.
90 days finaly the soo awaited day , i was so happy i made it to 90 days for the first of m life , now i can tell you , that my prespective on life and women in general normalized , i'm more motivated to accomplish goals , and when i look at a girl , i see the human side of hers , not only as a mere body .
105 days well urges a coming back harder than ever , i'm battling.
i want to mention that my erections no longer hurts, and they are stronger than before, matter fact i get random boners (not always a good thing) , i can say that m p* is back to its initial shape . the rewire is pushing me to get partner , i'm definitly more confident than i was , and its true girls do look at you when you are on NoFap ! this year will be my year !
now with all this , i have goals i want to achieve , and i can tell , that if i loose sight on them , i will relapse , guys you need to put goals on map , and follow the road and keep track of them !
i almost relapsed today, and i hated myself for it ...
    What helped me acheive it?
Cold showers ! definitly do help a lot !
Workouts ! follow a program and track your progress !
Avoid social media , don't over bing watch movies and series , streams!
Work on something personal (designs , crafts , learn something new)
    replace movies with books !
avoid fantasizing about your past , it passed , it could've been different if you did this or that , yes .. i know i fucked up alot ( i blame pmo) , so stop glorifying the past , so don't know what could've actualy happend , focus on now .
Thats it , if you read all this , thank you ! keep it up , you do want to change !
    to 365 days !
ps : i'm almost 90kg now , now i need to loose some fat !

You mentioned something really interesting here. You fapped repeatedly afterwards the relapse to show yourself that it is a draining event. This reminds me of a time where my coaches would sometimes keep a player on the field and not sub him out, letting him burn out as a punishment instead of benching him. It may work for some people to show that fapping is not cracked up to be all that it is made out to be but some people also end up prolonging a relapse even further by their mind tricking them into a "progressive weaning"
