    Hey guys I’m not day 40 and I don’t know if this is a relapse or not. I’ve been on tinder talking to girls and while I’m talking to them I cam feel the dopamine rush from talking to them. Is this relapsing?

    It's not a relapse to talk to girls. I relapse is a willful look at porn or purposeful masturbation. If anything the dopamine you feel talking to girls reinforces your brain to actually go and talk to gurls.
