Relapsed. I'm going to start back at the 3 day challenge.

 

day 3 done - wasn't online over the weekend

 

DAY 2

I observed some fantasies. I didnt act out on them, but I need to stay vigilant.
Its very important when the urges/fantasies are weak not to underestimate it.
Set the right aproach which I will apply everytime no matter how the urges/fantasies seem strong to me. I need to develop the right aproach from the beginning. Especially when the urges are not storng enough, because when the strategy is wrong and the urges are strong, nothing can help me and its only about what day I will relapse and how many binges will follow.

Even today. Day 2 and I got a bit sloppy, thinking a bit too long and started to develop some stories which will come back and get stronger.

I have to go through these challenges otherwise I get no where after a relapse. Day 0.

 

hi all, it's my first time doing this. i did the 1day and the 3days challenge successfuly, and as im usued to everyday M****, it was harder than i thought.
I will just try the 7D one, I feel i can do it, but actually little scared I will fall somewhere and ruin everything. I hope next Monday will find me here clear.

I had a clear night, as I slept like dead.

@Leonidas of Sparta random browsing of newsweb in the morning while laying in bed. Sort of subconsciously seeking for some spicy content, found it, got more curious and couldnt stop it. Next time, before I go to sleep I turn off mobile data for safari browser on phone

Day 7/7. This challenge really helped. Thank you all! I'm going to stay in the 90 day challenge and I'll try to come back here if I start to fall apart.
