Just relapsed. I felt angry at first, but after a moment I decided to not be so hard on myself, thinking of all I've accomplished in the last few days.
What i realized this time is that if I'm decided to relapse, there's nothing that can change my mind but my will power. And once I've peaked a few times the willpower starts fading until it vanishes. Once holidays are over i think it will be harder to relapse as i won't have much time available.

Guys, as I said in my last reply, I relapsed today, and realized that one of the things i must improve is my view of women and objectification. Thats why I ask you if some of you happen to have any resource on the matter, any video, research, paper, blog, anything would be of help.
