I don't think its just the nofap thing that's transforming my life, it's more a combination of everything. Facing and embracing my fears, saying prayers of gratitude, eating healthy, exercising, meditating and drinking plant medicines. I did an ayahuasca ceremony a few days ago and went deep. In the ceremony I saw that I need to plant a cactus and this is symbolic of me coming back to life, and honouring life and myself so I went out in the dark and planted the cactus and since then I have been feeling reborn.

I was severely addicted to all kinds of drugs and porn in the past. All that is non existent now, I'm completely free of drugs. The idea of porn makes me nauseous. The idea of masturbation just seems pointless. I have this craving for life now. I have the key. Its life itself, honouring life, honouring emotions, honouring the challenges and the struggle, honouring every moment.

    I am free.

I spoke too soon, I started feeling like crap the next day after writing this. But by the nighttime it all became good again. I have huge levels of motivation to accomplish anything now though so i can only see things getting better. I started a 5 day dry fast where Im not eating or drinking water for 5 days. Its supposed to be really good for the health. The first night I had a dream where I started to masturbate and I immediately stopped myself. So i can even keep the nofap in my sleep now

Update: 120 days, I'm definitely changing for the better. I'm exercising daily, facing fears, transforming myself, all this. I needed to quit smoking tobacco 10 days ago, so I did it.

Look at that, someone has actually used Ayahuasca to their benefit and has already started working on himself, amazing job man. I would love to hear more about the ceremony, how long did it last and a lot of other stuff as well. do you meditate or not, are you into yoga, like I said, too many questions
