Hey everyone.I am back and ready again to regain full control of my mind!

Last night was the turning point after I had told my daughter off for being addicted to playing a certain fighting war computer game.I knew then it was time for myself to change for the better again.

One more day in the corner. Had an awful headache, probably because I spent too much time on the computer. However I succesfully recorded a song, so it was productive time in a way.

I'm doing alright. Felt anxious and frustrated earlier, but all good now. Still hanging in there.

I am currently doing a 2 day intermittent fast and feeling good.

My first week. Few little successes. Also today I had a weird sexual dream,where I had opportunity but I denied it in my dream. It seems that my subconciousness realised, that I don't want this kind of things right now.
