[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 0. I fell for the chaser effect this morning.

 

Day 27:
Strong urges, very strong urges but thankfully I feel like my flatline symptoms are going away or at least on its last day. Although I’m so close to 30 days, I can’t let my guard down, I usually relapse in the most random times usually when “I feel like I got it”. Staying strong and keeping control of my thoughts and mind.
