Hi CK88, if you didn't masturbate I wouldn't say you 'relapsed' because it wasn't intentional. That said, it depends what you've committed to. If you're just abstaining from porn, no you still haven't 'relapsed' as long as you didn't use porn.

if u masturbated and ejaculated, then definitely it is counted as a relapse..don't worry, u may fail several times..but never accept the defeat..reset and start again..u will see the glory one day
