Day 3

Had a Covid scare the past few days. My brother was certain he has it as he shared a night with someone who tested positive and then started feeling ill, then i started feeling ill, so it seemed a pretty certain thing, but luckily he tested negative today so its likely flu. Been engaged with preventative measures the past few days - fasting, long wim hof sessions, supplements like turmeric spirulina, lots of honey, lots of rest etc etc....so hopefully i can get back to normality soon.
