    Paul you have officially achieved the status of 'Senior Apprentice' and you can proudly display it in your signature ! Congratulations brother ! :) Any comments on what was the most difficult in this step as well as on what was most inspiring ?
    p.s. I to got a small exercise bike under my table! So basically I can sit for a longish time whilst cycling in my chair !;)

Did you know that MOing makes your legs weak, as well as induces increase in bones porosity whilst reducing bones density. So that if you are into sports and you indulge in PMO you are up to frequent sprains, broken bones and torn ligaments. Insurance agents should make people indulging in PMO pay increased premiums...and maybe they even do it by the way of checking clients history of injuries and claims.;)

Though it was difficult getting past2 weeks abstinent of masturbation the most difficult part was the first step where I decided that no matter what I would keep adding days, sort of a commitment before I took the first step of the journey. It was really asking God to help me put this behind me and me relenting to the fact that I was actually going to do it this time.
    The most inspiring part is all the helpful encouragement and support I received from well wishers and other Non-Masturbators, ( you know who you are!) which pressed me on toward the goal not just by their words but by their successes, and even their successes after falling down but getting back up on the horse and starting over again! Thank you everyone.
