Back on track- 90 days success story

Hello everyone,
Myself suhail from India.
I have completed my 90 days Nofap challenge in hard mode today.

About the journey:
For me the journey was on the lower side than higher one... As I was an addict from the age of 15 and now iam 29,it was very difficult for me to reach this point in life... I Experienced and even till now experiencing flatlines, anxiety and many other withdrawals... So as I said iam facing lot of issues even now In nofap, will I stop nofap and start fapping? The answer is big NO.

Why I still continue in nofap?
The answer is simple but very deep... The reason as I won't fap because nofap may not have solved my problem but it has given me courage to look on eye of the problem and face it.. It has given confidence to stand even when the wind flow is on your opposite side... Nofap may not yet cured my anxiety but has given me courage to accept and fight for your life... Seriously nofap is amazing.....

Benefits:
1.My face is glowing...
2.My digestion has improved...
3.My energy has increased...
4.My Confidence has increased..
5.Sleep has Improved..
6.Stress and anxiety is less but still exist.

Next goal
My next goal is of 120 days and I will also set a reward for my upcoming goal.. Wish me luck... Cheers!

Yea bro... I am entering new milestones of life... Nofap is amazing... I still have cravings to fap and I believe iam still an addict... I should go a long way so I should keep moving ahead... Thanks for ur support
