I’m doing Nofap to overcome anxiety & social anxiety

I am tired of always feeling nervous & feeling like I’m walking on eggshells, I’m tired of always feeling nervous when socializing with people. I don’t like to make excuses but it honestly is starting to affect my life. I feel like I can never relax and enjoy myself when I’m at work, I’m out in public doing errands, hanging out with friends. I feel like it sucks the life out of me

 

Yeah it’s just hard because it seems nofap makes my anxiety worse before it gets better. Don’t get me wrong there is days and periods of time where I does go away but that is every now and then. Tbh I have never went past 90 days or have a clean streak I always end up peeking or edging sooner or later
