  5. Yes travelling serves as a great distraction. I have been totally free from social media since last week so that might be helping too. Urges hit in free time so I am trying to keep myself busy all the time.
    However the danger part is seeing beautiful girls after every 10sec.I am 100% sure girls are the most beautiful creatures God has ever created. Loneliness hurts at this time of the year. It feels sad not being in a relationship when there are so many beautiful girls around. One can easily fall into negative thoughts that come in their mind.

    I really like your passion to improve, but you are not aproaching it the right way.
    I red the post and thats too much on the plate. Running daily is bullshit. Your body needs rest.
    The change has to be step by step, not doing these huge jumps.
    Aproach it step by step. Start small and build on it. You dont have to do it all at once. You cant do it all at once.

    Check in day 14, Valentine's day, the hardest day of the year... Stay strong y'all, we can push through and make it through this, I'll be avoiding social media for most of the day. I'll hit my longest ever streak at the end of the day so that should serve as motivation to keep pushing. It's a long time since I was aiming for any milestone other than my previous longest streak, does anyone have any advice? Is it better to focus on each day individually? Or think of the time in weeks? Or even just focus on a number, like 'I want to reach 60 days'?

    First of all I am a bit of negative state myself, but I dont think I am influeced by it when I tell you that aiming for days is simply stupid.
    I used to count myself too, but learnt it just doesnt work for me. Here are some reasons so you make your own decision.

  9. I understand what you said @ToMMy.H. But I wanna tell you that when I was in 8th grade, I was an athlete(daily 2mile running) and football player(daily at least 700 m sprinting) and it was very healthy for me to do that daily:D. it didn't exhaust me that much, I was even able to play in the evening too, so it's normal to me;). It's not that much hard for me nowadays to run a mile every day and meditate for 15 minutes. It makes me feel good and healthy.
    But thanks! for your opinion you just shared your thought as a good fellow.:)

    Cheers @ToMMy.H!! That makes a lot of sense, thank you - I'll probably focus on the weeks, in the same way that I track my fitness by weeks (Sunday is both long run day and weigh-in day, I guess it could also be NoFap focal point day as well!)

    To sum up this week, I am happy that I was able to start exercising again - just chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps.
    Also happy with doing my work done. Preparation and focus could be better, but given my leg is still fucked up, I think I am doing above expectation actually.

    Honestly expected the leg to be in better shape after whole month. Its healing quite slowly on my taste, but I think I am simply not patient and not fully appreciating that I dont have to have a gypsum.

    Outside world is fucked completely. I am from czech republic and its getting pretty serious covid wise here. Negative emotions all over. Poisitive is lately only the one fucking thing your dont realy want to have.

    Nofap journey is again so much above expectation. Have to be more careful again. Feeling a bit that really dangerous emotions of achievement - that I can "reward" myself. Thats dangerous. The way I see it I am just like a little kid constantly going around very nice slippery slide and with each day daring a bit closer, risking that I will eventually slip on the edge and simply fall into the pool full off ...

    So yeah I need to man the fuck up. I am strong. I respect myself. I want to have healthy penis. I want to feel normal sensation. I want to slowly delete all the fucked up fantasies. I want to stop glorifying sex.

    @Patty O’Furniture1289 Ah ok, I was picturing running 4-6miles. 1mile/day is nothing crazy.
    But still why?
    I dont know, I just dont see huge +impact, running every day 1mile.
    Given what you said, I expect you to be fit, so you dont really have to run 1mile in order to loose weight.
    I dont understand running much, but seems to me that running 1mile/day for someone who is well trained is doing nothing.
    Its much better to run 5miles 3-4times a week and mix it with intervals imo -> that way you build stamina.
    Its just my idea. Didnt want to leave PC so I just clicked in my opinion.

    Check in for the Blood Angels, day 15! Survived V-day, and now I've matched my longest streak of 36 days - from here out I'm on the path of constant improvement! And to start it right I have a date on Tuesday, just getting a takeaway and I don't know if she's a good long-term fit for me, but it'll be nice to have a sense of normality back!

    Almost slipped this morning. Closest call so far.
    It was like the bad old times.
    Didnt get up asap.
    Started browsing phone.
    I already felt horny.
    Shouldve stopped in that point, but didnt and engaged in some filthy fantasies.
    Luckily realized wtf I am doing and was able to stop.

    I need to be on point next days.
    Get busy and dont develop any sex stories.
