yesterday finally finished the 7/7, and late at night i left myself and relapsed.
it was like letting some pressure off. i did a streak of 11 days no PMO, and i kinda felt i deserve some small break. i know it was a mind trap. im not desperate though, as i technically succeed the 7d, and i feel motivated to go on to 14d, even after replasing. there is some progress here after all, 11 days is a good streak for first someone new

so im resetting the counter, and goind to the 14d one. see you there

Day 1 completed in this challenge.

Experiences and Hardships:
Had a pretty rough day. Got urges, headaches, a lump in the throat, etc.
On the Relapse scale the day is 55%.
So, I managed not to relapse. But the effects really hit me hard as I was unable to be that productive that I usually am.

 

Day 1, normally I'd post later but I have a date tonight and a lot to do before she gets here!

but I fucked up I wanted to go for 14days challenge so I corrected myself and joined the 14day challenge.
I want to have only 1strike month and 14days is the time to get to March challenge too.

@Sebbrix good luck with the date! I believe she is going to impressed

 

Struggled with putting myself in a very poor situation that was way too tempting. Lost my 6 day streak.

Day 4/7 completed! Yesterday was the most difficult day this far. Sexual thoughts and urges. But distraction worked again. It’s like giving up on an addiction. My brain has to adapt to the new fapless life. Keep up everyone! Stay strong!

 

No worries, you did a 6 day streak, that’s big! You’re gonna come out stronger at the end!
