Relapsed?

I'd probably say that you have seen enough, I clarify my lapses as viewing any 'purposely posted sexual content', meaning if I went looking and saw something it is over, got to go back to the start. If you view a bikini ad on the side of a webpage that can't count, hence "purposely", for although those are posted for a sexual advertisement, there aren't any ways to really combat seeing them.
So in my book you have definitely lapsed, you've gone too far, you've gone looking and seen it, but don't make that an excuse to go back and view it now, go for a long long walk and clear your head, or call a friend and go see them.

I would count it as a relapse, as you've intentionally gone on a porn site. However, you should be proud of yourself for realizing your mistake and getting off there. As you're now experiencing once you've seen it, it's even harder to get out of the mind and could lead to a full on relapse in the future.

 

does it count as a relapse? sometimes I go to porn site to see if porn induced fetishes are gone, is this a relapse?

 

I would say yes. You're *intentionally* seeking sexual materials to excite yourself.

With my inner circle, it's an automatic relapse.
