day 2. no urges yet. kinda depressed/tired but nice to have a day off work. sugar free redbull helping my mood. cya on day 3

 

Day 2. No real urges yet but I know they usually come around the 7 day mark for me personally. It has been an emotionally tough time for me of late but I'm not going to turn to porn like I would in the past when I was hurting. Stay strong!

Day 0 again. I got triggered by a YouTube video.

 

Day 7!
Had a lot of shitty urges but I turned them all down. Even now the urges are there but I'm dealing with them. I found out that this was my 7th day in the progress and on the 7th and the 8th day I unsully get a lot of urges. I know that tomorrow will also be hard. But I chose the Hard Mode and these are the things through I have to Persevere.
When I See the urge to Fap, Binge. My eyes are like that. GOING STRONGG!!
