Day 59 , Jedi Knight , I feel like Im entering again a Flat Line, but just trying not PMO beacuse these 59 days have not been easy to achieve, and I want to reach 90 days , beacuse I have read that in that streak you reach a new level. Any advice from the highest rankings in this group?

 

These days my commitment to my AP is what is really helping me. However listen to this technique.
You can only PMO if you're into autopilot mode. Next time you find yourself about to PMO say out loud to yourself "TITS TITS TITS" "ASS ASS ASS" at whatever you're looking at to get you to become more aware. You'll find your arousal dwindling.
