Anyone else notice gym recovery suffer after fapping?

    When I was on my 12 day and 118 day streak I noticed no muscle soreness or very little and now even though I haven't been the gym in a few days my whole body is sore as hell...

    Still going to the gym and doing light weights but Damn, I was lifting heavy 6/7 days and feeling great the next day...

    :-/ another benefit i'll have to win back with a long streak...

    I think it is not just fapping, but any sort of O that will cause this. I have noticed getting this way after sex with my wife.

    I would imagine so...makes me wanna be celibate until I look like Arnold lol
