Today is day 0 Now lets get started.

 

It’s quite the same for me. I did the challenge, but i relapsed on the next day. I find distracting yoursef is a crucial thing! You can do it!

Starting this challenge on my 14th day of hardmode.

Day three. Really getting some strong cravings and urges. I keep telling myself I will just have one look or I will start tomorrow since it is a Sunday. I know not to listen to my brain in times like this. Keep strong guys.

 

Day 3. Had one slight urge today but other then that nothing major. On to day 4.

 

ok i lied having some urges late on day 3. staying strong. my counter is only counting porn but I am going to see how long I cam go without masturbation hoping to make it to at least 2 weeks.

 

This is my first day of NoFap challenge. i will quit this for sure. DAY 0/7.
